Follow the workout your trainer assigned today

If you train with a coach on GymnasTrack, you do not assemble today’s workout from a blank catalog. Studio holds the program. The athlete app shows the session for this day, in the order your trainer assigned.

What “assigned” means

Your trainer builds a versioned program in GymnasTrack Studio and assigns a snapshot to you. That snapshot is what the athlete app follows until they assign another. Yesterday’s version is not silently rewritten.

You still log the session as you go. Programming stays in Studio. Training stays on GymnasTrack — on the website and on your phone.

How to start today’s session

Open the GymnasTrack athlete app and go to today’s workout. Blocks, supersets, and rest appear in the published order. Complete or skip a block, then the next one is waiting.

  • Use the same account on the website and on native.
  • If nothing is assigned, you do not invent a coach program — that work happens in Studio.
  • Athletes are not billed a GymnasTrack subscription in this launch.

When the program changes

When your trainer assigns a new snapshot, that is what you follow next. You do not merge two versions yourself. If you also want a generated routine from the exercise catalog, that uses AI credits and does not replace an assigned program for today.
