Sharing is a choice after you finish — nothing auto-posts
Logging and sharing are different actions. You enter load, reps, time, and notes on the current block. Sharing a completed session is optional. If you never share, the session stays yours.

Finish first
Complete or skip through the session in order. Sharing is for a completed session, not a live draft of the set you are still on.
- Nothing auto-posts when you complete a block.
- You choose whether to share.
- Notes and loads stay on the session either way.
What sharing is not
It is not a social feed that posts every set. It is not Studio messaging. Coaches message you in Studio. You share a finished session from the athlete app when you want someone to see that workout.
