Terms of Service

The product is operated by Carrefield. GymnasTrack is in beta: features, availability, and these terms may change. We will post updates on this page with a new “last updated” date.

Using any GymnasTrack surface means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GymnasTrack. The product is not directed to children or minors. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will disable it.

One email address is one user. You may sign in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. If you use Apple or Google with an email that already exists, we link that identity to the same account instead of creating a duplicate.

You are responsible for the credentials and devices you use. Notify us through the contact page if you believe your account was compromised.

Studio (trainer tools) requires trainer capability on the same account. Trainer self-serve signup may be invite-only.

People who train can create an account, follow programs, log sessions, use on-demand classes they are entitled to, and use Social features (follow, activity share, chat) when those features are enabled.

GymnasTrack does not sell an athlete “Premium” subscription to GymnasTrack in this launch. Native apps do not sell classes or in-app purchases for classes. Paying a trainer for a priced class happens on the athlete website (app.gymnastrack.com) only.

Trainers pay GymnasTrack a monthly Studio subscription. New trainers get a 14-day trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. The first charge is after the trial, not on day one. We never claim “no credit card required.”

If a renewal payment fails, there is a 3-day grace period with warnings. After grace, Studio writes are locked until the subscription is paid. Athletes who already train with that trainer can keep training and playing classes they are entitled to; they do not get a Studio login from that lock.

You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period unless Stripe states otherwise.

Trainers may publish video classes (account required to play; no guest playback). A class may be public, unlisted (link), included for that trainer’s 1:1 roster, free, or priced.

Playing or completing a class does not change the athlete’s assigned program “today” workout.

Class video is hosted by our video provider. Upload length is capped (currently two hours).

Trainers may schedule live sessions (group or 1:1) on a calendar. A session may be public, unlisted (link), included for that trainer’s 1:1 roster, free, or priced as a drop-in. The athlete leaves GymnasTrack to join on Zoom, Google Meet, or another HTTPS meeting URL the trainer pastes. Joining a live session does not change the athlete’s assigned program “today” workout.

Native apps do not sell live seats or class packs; they can Join a session the athlete is already entitled to, or send the athlete to the website to pay.

A trainer may set a monthly 1:1 coaching price that is shown on their profile and invites. GymnasTrack does not collect that fee in-app in this launch. Athletes pay their trainer directly unless we later offer in-app collection and update these terms.

You keep rights in content you post (captions, comments, chat, profile text, class titles and instructions you author). You grant us a license to host and display that content so the product can function.

Session activity is not auto-posted. Sharing a completed session or class to followers requires an explicit Share action.

You must not harass others, post illegal or infringing material, or attempt to abuse the platform. You may block or report other users. We may remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms.

GymnasTrack is a training log and coaching tool, not medical care. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Optional profile fields such as height or weight are not used for clinical analytics.

You train at your own risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Card data is processed by Stripe, not stored as full card numbers on our servers. Trainer SaaS and class checkout follow Stripe’s terms as well as these.

You may delete your account in product settings. Deletion anonymizes the profile, revokes sessions, and cancels GymnasTrack-related Stripe customer subscriptions when a customer id exists. Training session rows may remain keyed to the anonymized id for integrity of historical logs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail required payments (Studio lock), or create legal or security risk.

The service is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent permitted by law, Carrefield and GymnasTrack are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise you choose to perform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue except where the law requires otherwise.
